Bridal Bouquet Ideas
Every bride is different and one way to convey your unique style is through your bouquet. Bouquets can be anything from dramatic, bright and bold, simple and minimalistic or wild and wonderful! There are no rules when it comes to putting together a floral creation that matches your bridal style and personality. Here are some of my favourite bouquets I’ve photographed.
Cascading Wild Flower Bouquet
A Unique & Dramatic Bouquet
White Magnolias & Poppy seed pods
Cascading Olive leaves with soft white flowers
Another stunning white and green creation. Lots of penny gum leaves (aka Gum drop), cascading olive branches and soft white Lisianthus flowers. This gorgeous bouquet was made by Blooming Wonderful
Classic White Lilies & Roses
This is a timeless bouquet for a classic bride. This gorgeous bouquet was made by the lovely ladies at I Do Box.
Bright & Beautiful Florals
Natural Elements & Cascading Pink Amaranthus
The red & pink flowers in this bouquet add a pop of colour to the natural elements. The beautiful deep pink Amaranthus is the perfect touch of colour and elongates the bouquet. Eucalyptus leaves can be sprayed gold or dried out and pea pods can be used to add texture. This gorgeous bouquet was made by the talented Epanouir – previously known as Green Goddess Studio
Seed Pods & Natural Elements
Some great alternatives to fresh flowers are seed pods, wild grass, branches, wheat, and berries. A mix of dry and fresh material creates an interesting contrast. A great alternative to traditional flower bouquets. The contrast of dark and light & big and small elements create a perfect balance. This gorgeous bouquet was made by the talented Epanouir – previously known as Green Goddess Studio
Soft dreamy Pastels
The warm pink Proteas paired with the soft custard/peach roses look beautiful against the soft greens of the penny gum & eucalyptus branches. This bouquet was made by the talented ladies from I Do Box.
Serenity & Peach Prettiness
Light Blue Delphinium flowers add a whimsical element to any bouquet. Paired with soft peach and white roses and Queen Anne’s to add some texture. Made by the amazing I Do Box.
White Orchid Waterfall
There’s something so magical about this super elegant and simplistic white orchid bouquet. I love the fact that it almost disappears in front of a wedding gown, creating an illusion that’s it barely there. It was made by the amazing Dinique Emporium.
Simple Penny Gum
I love the simplicity of this oversized gum drop leaf bouquet. Greenery will suit any colour scheme and the soft green tones of the penny gum branches look great on photos. It was made by Wilinda Hanekom Catering.
