Minimalist Wedding Inspiration | The Styling Shed

When Amanda from Kadou approaches me to collaborate on a styled shoot, I know it’s going to be a creative masterpiece. I’m in love with minimalism, simplicity and a neutral palette. The way she also incorporated dry leaves, branches and tumbleweeds was genius and this could be a money saver for brides on a budget.

The understated floral arch made out of tumbleweeds was the cornerstone of the shoot’s concept and it’s the perfect element to a simplistic ceremony space. The bride’s arrangement and bouquet was made from foraged and dried oak leaves. Bright red proteas added some colour to the surrounding muted tones and blush palette.

We chose the textured walls of the charming old shed at The Styling Shed as our venue for the shoot. Its fresh and natural interior offered the perfect blank space for our imagination. The chairs, the gorgeous linen and natural wood candle holders were supplied by Grand Room Design. The beautiful custom invites were created by Fleur Design Studio.
